This all-in-one master mix requires little to no optimization. The 2x master mix uses an antibody-mediated hot start system that allows for a quick 2 minute activation step. This proprietary small molecular inhibitor technology prevents formation of primer dimers and non-specific products leading to improved reaction sensitivity and specificity.
The qPCRBIO SyGreen Mix utilizes a non-PCR inhibiting intercalating dye. The blue mix contains a non-reactive blue dye that allows for easy visualization during pipetting. Extremely low copy number targets can be detected specifically with the highest efficiency.
